About the house

The 'Gorski Lazi' house is situated in Gorski kotar - Croatia, in the peaceful hamlet of Lazi near Tršće, just 500 meters away from Tršće's center. It's an old mountain house dating back to 1860, fully renovated in its original rustic style. During the renovation, meticulous attention was given to every detail, blending the spirit of the old Gorski kotar house with maximum comfort. The original antique furniture has been completely restored and is functional, made without the use of artificial materials. Wooden floors, furniture crafted from massive old oak and walnut, and the highlighted old beams and stone wall details contribute to its character.

On the ground floor, there's a hallway, living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, and a toilet, while upstairs, there are two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm wide) and one room with two beds (140 cm wide). There's also an additional toilet upstairs. The central fireplace, dominating the ground floor, is designed to heat the entire house, including the rooms upstairs. The house accommodates up to 6 people and is equipped with all necessary technical appliances cleverly integrated into the rustic interior.

The entire yard is enclosed with cypress trees to ensure privacy and features a barbecue, space for a campfire, a table and benches, and a small garden pond with a bridge. Adjacent to the house, there's a closed hot tub for 4 people and a Bio sauna (an external separate cottage) located in the woods, a 300-meter leisurely walk from the house!

Price includes:

Rental of the vacation house (per night), tourist tax, bed sheets, blankets, towels, heating, parking space, free Wi-Fi, final cleaning.

For 3 nights 10%

For 4 nights and more 20%

Payment:

One-third of the total amount upon booking, the remaining amount is paid upon arrival.

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Pets are wellcome: Additional charge of 10€ per night

Hot tub usage: 35 € / day.

(Heated water by wood or electricity - water is changed for each guest - tub capacity for 4 people)

Bio sauna usage: 30 € / day
